Sarah McClaren (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. Sarah specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and challenges with perfectionism.

Sarah approaches therapy from a collaborative lens with each client, wanting to pull from a variety of treatment modalities in order to tailor the therapeutic experience for each client and family. Currently, Sarah offers appointments for adolescents and adults, both in individual and family settings.
Sarah is trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT), somatic interventions, various mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed interventions such as “parts work." Sarah has significant experience in the field of eating disorders; from working in various levels of care and treatment approaches. Sarah is committed to a collaborative and compassionate approach with each client.
