she/her/hers
Kelly has spent her entire career working to help clients accept themselves just as they are. She understands that at times life can become overwhelming and difficult to manage, and that our culture and systems of oppression can deeply impact their belief that they are incomplete. She feels strongly that therapy is an integral part of the process of believing that they are already whole.

Kelly specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and helping clients to develop new narratives to replace those that have limited them. She is particularly passionate about helping those who struggle in their relationship with food and their body, and works from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. She also enjoys working with young adults to navigate the journey of becoming independent adults.
