Jason received his MA in Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary, and practices as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He specializes in therapies that work towards the healing of people who have experienced trauma and other stress related disorders.
Jason is fully trained as an EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapist. Moreover, he has completed the Somatic Experiencing (Beginning I, II & III) training modules through the SE Trauma Institute focused on healing and restoration. Jason is trained in and utilizes experiential approaches such as Experiential Play Therapy (EPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Sandtray Therapy. HE sees the engagement of such approaches work wonders in helping his client's reconnect with their senses as he facilitates new and deeper integration of neuropathways expanding to the whole person. Jason also provides therapeutic guidance & developmental navigations for those interested in spiritual-formation.
